What are microgreens?
Microgreens are little seedlings of mature vegetables and herbs with a concentrated nutrition content and intense flavor. Research has found that the nutrient content in microgreens can be 4-40 times higher than than their fully grown counterpart.
While popular amongst chefs to use microgreens as garnishes, they can be enjoyed in daily nutrition in smoothies, salads, sandwiches, topped on soups, pasta and even on pizza!
Our Microgreens are harvested within 10-12 days after germination from the date your order has been placed.
